Indexing clutch for indexing applications, in the outer ring of the clutch to provide a certain Angle of reciprocating motion, in order to achieve meshing and beyond in continuous rotation, and obtain intermittent rotation motion. The advantages of this clutch indexing are accurate feed, no back gap, feed distance can be easily adjusted, and is stepless. Mainly used in textile, printing and other occasions requiring indexing. There are 2 types of indexing clutch, clutch one way bearing and sprag clutch bearing.
AA is a roller type freewheel non-bearing supported.
Bearings are required to support axial and radial loads.
Lubrication and sealing must also be provided by the installation.
